We collect as little as possible, and we’re careful with what you share.
What this website collects
Only what you type into a form, and anonymised traffic data. Our forms send your message through PortForm, which keeps it for 30 days. We use Vercel Analytics — cookieless, aggregate-only traffic measurement that does not identify individual visitors — and Google Tag Manager, which may load optional analytics tools (such as usage measurement) subject to your cookie preferences. Your browser also remembers, for this session only, whether you closed the announcement banner. You can review or change your analytics preferences at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your details only to reply and to follow up on what you asked about. We don’t sell or share them, and we’ll delete them if you ask.
Supporters
We name supporters only with permission, and show amounts only if they agree. Contact and financial details are never published; shared receipts have sensitive details removed.
Children and families at our events
We won’t publish names, photos or stories of participants, especially young people, without written consent from the person and, for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian.
